What is Golf Physiotherapy?
Golf Physiotherapy involves thorough personalised assessment followed by tailored exercise programming, personal training or manual therapy to get getting your body moving efficiently and your handicap down.
We work with golfers of all abilities, from the weekend novice to touring professional. You may have an injury or just looking to improve your performance. Golf Physiotherapy will assess and address areas which need improvement.
We accept private health insurance for all consultations.
The Golfers Pathway
What is a Golf-Specific Movement Screen?
Everyone begins with a 1-hour, golf-specific movement screen. This comprehensive assessment looks in depth at your mobility, coordination, strength, and power. Josh will identify your strengths and weaknesses and clearly explain how these are influencing your golf swing in an easy-to-understand way.
Following the assessment, a tailored treatment and performance plan is created to address your findings and support your goals. If desired, Josh can also liaise directly with your swing coach to ensure a coordinated approach. Family members and coaches are welcome to attend these sessions.

- For golfers seeking a blend of guided and independent training. 1 weekly personal training session and customised app based online programs with video and exercise explanations. 6 week duration.
Birdie ($189)
- For golfers that prefer to train at their own gym. Customised 6 week online program. Weekly check-ins to keep you on track.
Par ($89)
- Casual 30 minute personal training session when it suits you.
