Golf Fit Physio by LIFT Physiotherapy

Golf Fit Physio is the specialised golf performance service offered within LIFT Physiotherapy, helping golfers move better, recover from injury, and improve performance on the course.

Every golfer begins with a comprehensive golf-specific assessment to identify the physical factors affecting their swing, mobility, strength, and performance. From there, an individualised treatment plan is developed, which may include physiotherapy treatment, personalised exercise programs, one-on-one performance training, or a combination of these approaches based on your goals and needs.

In addition to individual consultations, Golf Fit Physio offers small-group golf performance classes with a maximum of 10 golfers per session. Classes run every Monday and Wednesday and focus on mobility, strength, balance, power, and injury prevention to help golfers perform better and stay on the course longer.

Based within LIFT Physiotherapy in Helensvale, Golf Fit Physio is the Gold Coast's only dedicated golf physiotherapy and performance facility. Our mission is simple: help golfers stay injury-free, move efficiently, and play better golf.

All consultations are claimable through private health insurance.

What is the Golf Fit Physio Performance Screen?

Everyone begins with a 1-hour, golf-specific movement screen. This comprehensive assessment looks in depth at your mobility, coordination, strength, and power. Josh will identify your strengths and weaknesses and clearly explain how these are influencing your golf swing in an easy-to-understand way.

Following the assessment, a tailored treatment and performance plan is created to address your findings and support your goals. If desired, Josh can also liaise directly with your swing coach to ensure a coordinated approach. Family members and coaches are welcome to attend these sessions.

      • For golfers that prefer to train at their own gym. Customised 6 week online program. Weekly check-ins to keep you on track.
